Executive Chef Greg Grohowski grew up in the Bay Area of Northern California and learned at a very early age the importance of building relationships with the purveyors that supply the food for your restaurants. Using only seasonal and local products is a philosophy that has been his driving force throughout his career and embracing Hyatt's philosophy of Food Thoughtfully Sourced Carefully Served was only natural.
