For dinner, choose from a romantic open-air seafood and steak restaurant set over a lagoon, delicious sushi or burgers, salads, pasta and more. Start the day with a breakfast buffet, coffee and pastries. Enjoy lunch poolside and then take in an authentic evening Kauai luau on Poipu Beach. Stevenson's Library

Conveniently located poolside, stop in for satisfying burgers, wraps, salads and more. Our vintage surf shack restaurant offers a satisfying menu with everything from fish tacos to fresh salads, burgers to smoothies and assorted lite bites. Shave Ice too!
Tidepools
