FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What type of tables and chairs are included with our event?
The standard seating for ceremonies consists of white padded folding chairs. Additionally, we offer a cocktail hour setup with the ceremony site fee, which includes market umbrellas, highboys, and 3-foot round cocktail tables.
The standard chairs provided at Resolution Garden match those used in the ceremony: white padded folding chairs. Tables are available in three sizes: 6-foot rounds seating up to 10 guests, 6-foot rectangles seating 6 guests, and 8-foot rectangles seating 8 guests. Hyatt is also pleased to arrange long rectangular tables for head tables or king tables.
For events held in Ilima Terrace, the setup includes the restaurant's white wicker chairs, complemented by a variety of table configurations using the existing 3-foot square tables.
Do the venues come with a dance floor?
At Ilima Terrace, events are accommodated with two designated tile inlay areas within the floor, serving as dance floors. You will collaborate with your wedding manager to configure the space, utilizing one of the two dance area options available.
Regarding Resolution Garden, we do not provide a dance floor option because the surface is not entirely flat, making it unsuitable for setting up a dance floor.
A dance floor at Ilima Garden is an option; however, one must be rented from our preferred vendor and additional transport fees will apply.
Does the Hyatt provide linen for the event?
Standard linen in White or Ivory are included at no charge. If you are looking for something other than the standard offerings, we are happy to assist you in finding linen rental options.
